The Tampa Connection teams unite with local non-profits!
Purpose and Projects Day helps set the foundation for our Tampa Connection class year as each class member will learn for the first time about their team’s non-profit project as well as the unique challenges faced by the non-profit organizations they will be working with throughout the year. This is the only board-scheduled opportunity for class members to learn more about the scope of their project and to meet as teams to further plan for the success of each class project.
The class got a history and a tour of The Italian Club and reconnected (after two months) with some team building activities.
Finally, each of this year’s five nonprofit organizations gave a presentation to the whole group and then teams got to spend one-on-one time with their nonprofit to kick off their projects.
